C. Jason White

Jason is a native of Northwest Florida, born and raised in Port St. Joe. He is a 1992 graduate of Port St. Joe High School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education at Florida State University in December 1996. While attending FSU, Jason served as a student athletic trainer working with Football, Swimming, Track, Basketball and Baseball. He earned his Doctor of Juris Prudence at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida in May 2000. Jason was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida September 2000.

Jason moved to Panama City, Florida and began his legal career working with McConnaughhay, Duffy, Coonrod, Pope & Weaver, P.A. in their Panama City office where he represented insurance companies in Worker’s Compensation cases and also began practicing Elder Law.

In April 2009, Jason was hired by Allen N. Jelks, Jr., P.A., handling estate planning, incapacity planning and estate administration cases exclusively. At that time, the law firm of Jelks & White, P.A. was formed where Jason was a partner until Allen Jelks retired in 2021. White & Warren, P.A. was launched in 2021.

Jason has been practicing in the area of Estate Planning and Estate Administration since 2008.

Jason is married to Stacy, and they have three wonderful adult children, Hannah, Andrew and Landon. He enjoys boating, fishing and golfing.
